Yasomo by Chef Mick Élysée Afro-fusion and African cuisine.
Chef Mick Elysée is originally from Congo. He flew the war when he was 14 years old and found refuge in France. He enrolled in one of the best culinary school in Toulouse where he developed his special cooking skills in International cuisine and Afro-fusion techniques.
Mick worked in Michellin-starred restaurants and five-stars hotels in London for more than 10 years but felt unfulfilled. He started his private chefs company in 2015 followed by the launch of YaSomo in 2020. He created YaSomo “so that people could discover another side of African cuisine”.
